I mean i’m bad, typo error. I’ve been having a very bad sleeping habit laetly, sometimes it’s better for me to not sleep at all. I missed an importance meeting this morning despite my phone sounded the alarm one after another. Anyway, just dont know how to punish myself.

I have a bad habit myself. I’m more of a night person, I can stay up late but find it incredibly hard to wake in the morning, and it becomes worse during the winter.

Starfish, thanks to drop by ma blog. i, myself also having a very bad sleeping habit for almost 2 years now. i just can’t close my eyes till after 2 am. though i have to get ready to work before 8:30 am, i seem not to have any problem as long as i take a big mug of coffee. without a mug of coffee, i don’t think i’ll be able to focus on my work. hahaha i’m just a coffee lover..

Hi កេសី I dont have any problem with sleeping 😀 if anything i’m best at, it ought to be sleeping, I mean i can sleep the whole day if i’m allowed. The problem i have though, is getting up ehehhe. Keeping myself awake, coffee dont really works for me, redbull is the answer but i dont drink it often te, i know it’s nothing good for health, so i’m drinking it with caution ^_^

Well, if you have important thing to do the next day, you can ask your bro to wake you up. He usually wakes up before you, and it doesn’t hurt to ask either. I doubt he’d say this to you: “sorry, I can’t wake you up, you’re on your own.”

Aw… So bad! You must be more responsible, boy! Or I will not join your team 😛

It seems besides architecture and beauty(we both are good-looking, right? hahaha), we have something more in common here. Not even slightly different from you, I can sleep anytime anywhere if i wish to – in a transport facilities, in a classroom or on the rock…etc. And it’s pretty tough to get up in the early morning too.

Lately, I read a stunning book talking how to use 30 minutes before going to bed effectively. It doesn’t talk about just that but also many new things that worth reading. Share with you here a few tips 😉
Sleep at least 6 hours a day( well, about 6.5 hours is best) or you will lose your memories gradually.
Do not sleep more than 9 hours a day; it’s also bad for your health.

Imagine you sleep 8 hours a day which is 1/3 of the day. Thus, If you live up to 80 years old, you waste 27 years just sleeping!!!
What a waste!
It’s not how long you sleep, but the quality of sleeping that counts.

While you sleep, your brain replayed and strengthen your memories and arrange them which means sleeping is what you do to start the next day. So since you stayed up all night long, you are not ready for the next day 😀

Oops, I’ve just intentionally slipped it out, a bad habit of me. Hopefully it doesn’t do much damage to my public image, okay Doungchan, i’ll try to be more responsible, and welcome back to the team 😀 and i must agree with ya that we have a lot in common especially about the point that we are good looking (what is better than boosting ourself eh?). I’ll talk to ya more about sleeping when im back from school trip and sorry that i missed your messenger the other day. ^_^

it happens to me too…but it’s because i have urgent work to finish, and the deadline is the most scary or even more scarier than a ghost!!! i have been work non-stop almost everyday…about 18hours a day..and my eyes are so YAB!!! get so blur!! okay good luck to you and to me ^^
